As a qualified supplier under the Inexpensive book Distribution Program as currently enacted by the Congress of the United States, Beyda for Books agrees to provide services and adhere to the conditions for doing business with qualified Reading Is Fundamental, Inc. approved projects.

• Beyda for Books provides discounts from 30 up to 40 percent on all book orders placed by qualified Reading Is Fundamental, Inc. approved projects.
• Beyda for Books will distribute books expeditiously as ordered.
• Beyda for Books understands that Inexpensive Books are defined as paperback or hardbound books that cost no more than $7.00 after the RIF discount. For those programs serving handicapped children who need special books, the price for these books, after RIF discount many not exceed $7.95 for audio tapes and records, $10.00 for large print and Braille books for children in grades kindergarten through grade 5, and $50.00 for youngsters in grades 6 through 12.
• Beyda recognizes that Reading Is Fundamental, Inc., RIF, and the RIF logo showing an open book with a smiling face, are all registered service marks of Reading Is Fundamental, Inc. and may not be used without express written approval for each format in which it is to be used.
• Beyda understands that RIF programs receiving federal funding for books for ownership should purchase books generally considered recreational reading. Examples of non-recreational reading materials are reference books, activity books, workbooks, sticker books, and coloring books.
